GREEN TOMATO JAM
2 cups pureed green tomatoes
2 cups sugar
1 (3 oz. size) pkg. Jello, strawberry or raspberry
Crush tomatoes in blender.
Take 2 cups pureed tomatoes and 2 cups sugar and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Take off stove and add Jello. Will be very thin. Let stand to cool, then refrigerate. Ready to eat when cold.
