Recipe: Fuzzy Navel Jelly Recipe

Preserving - Jams, Jellies
FUZZY NAVEL JELLY

2 cans (6 oz. each) frozen orange juice concentrate
2 1/2 cups water
1 package powdered pectin
4 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup peach schnapps

Mix orange juice, water, and pectin in a large saucepan over high heat until bubbles form.

Add sugar and stir well. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for one minute, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, skim, then add the 1/2 cup peach schnapps. Stir well.

Pour into sterilized jelly jars to 1/2 inch from top. Process in boiling water bath for five minutes.

Makes 6 eight ounce jars.

I have not tried this but is sounds great!
