ISO: recipe for tomatoe preserves using strawberry jello

This recipe is exactly like strawberry preserves--only you use tomatoes instead of strawberries.. use strawberry jello to flavor it.. I made this several years ago and it is delicious and an easy way to make strawberry preserves with no strawberries.. I have misplaced my recipe...please help!!
