Recipe: Blueberry Jam Using Juice Concentrate (re: jam with less sugar)

Hi Bernice,

Linda Lou (our canning expert that helps answer questions here) has said in the past that reducing the sugar in jam can cause it not to gel correctly.

Here's a recipe for you to check out (you can try leaving out the spices if you don't want to use them):

Spiced Blueberry Jam with Apple-Grape or Pineapple Concentrate Sweetener
