We eat fish a couple times a week here. try this:
Take any firm and/or oily fish (natural oils) and put it on the grill without anything except maybe some cooking spray (to help keep it from sticking too bad). cook it until it just starts to become opaque. UNDERCOOKING is the key!!
Eat it with lemon, tarter sauce, or just all by itself. As we say in Hawaii - ONO!!
