Recipe: Grilled Turkey, Almond and Dried Cranberry Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

1/2 JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Roasted Turkey Tenderloin
2 packages spring mix salad
1 cup matchstick carrots
Prepared poppy seed dressing
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup oven roasted almonds
Heat grill to medium heat. Grill turkey tenderloin according to package directions. Cool slightly; slice thinly.
Meanwhile on 4 dinner plates divide salad mix. Top with carrots and sliced turkey. Pour desired amount of dressing over salad; top with cranberries and almonds.
