Recipe(tried): Ham and Broccoli Bake

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
I posted this a couple of days ago on the What's for
Dinner board but I think it bears repeating 'cause my husband really liked it and how often do men like casseroles?
I didn't think of mushrooms at the time but I'll use them next time.

HAM AND BROCCOLI BAKE

2 cups cooked macaroni, I used elbow but small shells would be good, too
1 cups blanched broccoli
1 cup cooked or can mushrooms (optional)
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 Tbs. dried onion flakes
to cup water
1-cup fresh bread crumbs
2 Tbs. melted butter or margarine
Layer macaroni and broccoli in 9x13 baking dish. Heat soup with onion flakes and enough water to make the consistency of thick cream. Stir ham; heat through. Pour evenly over macaroni and broccoli. Blend crumbs with butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 until hot through and brown on top. Serves 4.
