Recipe(tried): Hamburger Zucchini Tomato Stir Fry

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
Here's a way to use up garden zucchini I tried last year.

1 lb ground beef (I use extra lean - 7% fat)
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 small zucchini, sliced
1-2 med tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp Worstestershire sauce
2 cups cooked rice

Brown ground beef with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and drain most of the fat, if desired. Add zucchini to pan and saute over medium high heat until tender and slightly browned, about 5 minutes. Return ground beef to pan. Add worstestershire sauce and tomatoes and stir until tomatoes are heated through. Serve over rice.

Other ideas - Grate zucchini and add to chili, spaghetti sauce, cakes, and muffins. It's also a great stir fry ingredient.
