Recipe: Hassle-Free Chicken Curry (using cream of chicken soup and oven bag)

HASSLE-FREE CHICKEN CURRY

1 Reynolds Oven Bag, Large Size
2 tablespoons flour
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
6 chicken pieces, skin removed
Hot cooked rice (for serving)

Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

Shake flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

Add (undiluted) soup, onion and curry powder to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour.

Add red pepper and chicken to oven bag. Turn oven bag to coat chicken with sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer in oven bag.

Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.

Bake until chicken is tender, 45 to 50 minutes. Serve over hot rice.

Makes 4 servings
