Recipe(tried): HERE you are Plum glaze

PLUM GLAZE

1 x tin 410 g plums stoned or use ripe fresh fruit if in season
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbls lemonjuice

Puree plums and add rest of ingredients,and pour over fillet as with the apricot one,if using for Gammon or a ham use at frequent intervals inthe last 30 mins of cooking time
Hope you like this one.Pleased the apricot fillet turned out well.
