Recipe(tried): here's a quick easy one

Here's one I tried recently and it was really good:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
fresh cracked pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. oregano ( or basil, both to taste)

Mix all ingredients and baste chicken on one side. Grill or broil then turn and baste other side. Continue basting & turning until chicken is cooked. This will not be more than 20 mins. depending on size of the chicken breasts.
