Peggy posted a very good lemon chickn on the party board back in i believe April or May
I am not looking at it but this is how i do it now ....
i pound the chicken breasts thin
i sautee them in butter and add a little lemon juice and some fresh lemon slices
and fresh parsley (dired will work) remove when done -- won't take long as they are pounded
then pour more lemon in the pan and "sizzle it" then pour over the chicken ands serve peggy called it "deglazing the pan with lemon juice"
