PEANUT BUTTER TEMPTATIONS

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
54 miniature Reese's peanut butter cups

Beat together Peanut butter, butter, sugars. Add the egg and vanilla. Stir together flour, soda; add to mixing bowl.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in mini muffin pans. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Unwrap peanut butter cups. Press one into each cookie as soon as removed from oven. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
