HOMEMADE CROUTONS
1 (8 oz) loaf French bread, cubed
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/8 tsp dry mustard
Place the bread cubes in a large bowl.
Combine the remaining ingredients, drizzle over the bread cubes and toss to coat. Place in a single layer on an ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-to-20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
