Recipe: Hot and Spicy Macaroni Casserole (using ham and Kraft Macaroni and Cheese)

HOT AND SPICY MACARONI CASSEROLE

1 (7 1/4 oz.) Macaroni and Cheese Dinner (dry mix)
1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoon margarine
2 cups ham cubes

Prepare macaroni and cheese ad directed on package, except using 1/2 cup milk.

Saute red pepper flakes and bell pepper in margarine until tender. Add, along with the ham, to the prepared macaroni and cheese; mix well. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until hot.

Makes 4-6 servings
