Pierogies Scalloped Treat

1 package (16.9 ounces) Mrs.T s Potato & Onion Pierogies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1/3 teaspoon parsley
dash pepper
1 large onion, chopped
1/8 stick margarine

Thaw frozen Pierogies in boiling water for 5 minutes, uncovered. Drain and set aside.

Mix soup with milk, parsley, pepper. Set aside.

Layer a casserole, beginning with soup mixture, Pierogies, a part or two of margarine, and onions. Repeat as necessary. Fnish with layer of soup mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until onions are tender.
