Recipe: Easy Raspberry Protein Smoothie (using Egg Beaters, blender)
BeveragesEASY RASPBERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
2 containers (6 ounces each) raspberry yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup orange juice
Place yogurt, raspberries, egg product and orange juice in blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
For an even colder smoothie, chill glass in the freezer until needed.
Makes 2 servings
Nutrition Facts Per Serving: Calories: 290, Total Fat: 2 g, Cholesterol: 14 mg, Sodium: 180 mg, Total Carbohydrate: 56 g, Sugars: 42 g, Protein: 12 g, Calcium: 26% DV, Vitamin C: 110% DV
