I doubled checked the recipe in the cookbook and the amounts are the same. This will make a very slack/loose dough similar to Sullivan Street Bakery No Knead Bread - video below (click here for recipe)
Thank you for letting us know how it turned out for you. I'm going to give the recipe a try too and will make a note in the recipe with any adjustments needed.
