Recipe: Hotel style pickled eggs

Hard boil 1 dozen eggs, peel, and put in a glass jar containing 1 1/2 cups vinegar, 1 cup water, and 3 Tbsp. coarse salt.
Store in fridge for at least 1 week before eating.
