Hey, when I lived in the Sacramento Valley-I would buy a couple of cases of apricots each summer. Pattersons, Blenheims.....oh, I'm fantasizing now....oh yeah.
If they are not obviously dirty, halve them, pit em and put em in zip lock bags and stick them in the freezer. They will make great jam and pies when the weather cools for the next year!
