Recipe: How to make clear ice

Hi Chapman,

Here's info from the NFSD:

To make clear ice: Place the amount of water to be frozen in a large bowl. Stir well four or five times in a fifteen minute time period. Boiling also may release the air. This will release air bubbles that are in newly drawn tap water. Freeze.
