Recipe: how to make quark

Hmmm, I'm not the only one with a recipe requiring Quark. Running around the supermarket and the deli looking like an idiot!!! found this recipe cups plain yoghurt, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Mix all ingredients together until smooth and well blended. spice and sugar are approximate. Adjust to taste
