Recipe(tried): How to Roast Garlic

Roasting Garlic is easy and yields a superb flavor. i roast it then rub on buttered bread for a great garlic loaf.

ROASTED GARLIC

4 large bulbs of garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil

Cut just the tops off of the garlic bulbs, exposing the meat of the cloves. Place in a square baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in a 325 degree oen for 25 minutes or until garlic is very fragrant. Let cool slightly then turn upside down and squeeze each bulb to release roasted garlic.
