Recipe(tried): How to serve chicken breasts buffet-style - I have a idea for you

Holidays, Celebrations
SUSIE:
Good Morning. Susie I have no recipe for you. Our good learned friend GLADY'S P/R. will tell tyou how to do that chicken. This is how to do it "BUFFET STYLE". After you finish baking the chicken place it in a large Alum. pan you know the sort that you would bake a turkey in. Ladle some tomato sauce in it & place the chicken in it. Take electric pancake griddle line a sheet of heavy alum foil on top. Place the alum pan on top & regulate the heat with the dial. Always monitor the heat every 12/15 minutes. You do not want overheat because it will dry out the mexican seasoning. I hope this helps you. Good luck with your party & have a nice day young lady.
