Recipe(tried): Hungarian Hurka Sausage
Misc.I posted my Grandmother's recipe from Hungary for Hurka. It is tried and true and my mother has been making it for as long as I can remember. I remember making it as a little girl with her and now I make it for my family. I hope you enjoy it. It makes a great Christmas dinner. It is almost always served with dill pickles (usually homemade ones) because they bring out the flavours when you eat a bite of sausage with a bite of pickle. I hope you enjoy this as much as our family does.
