Recipe: Cranberry Glazed Ham (using cranberry juice)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
CRANBERRY GLAZED HAM

5 lbs. fully-cooked ham
Orange slices
Whole cloves
FOR THE GLAZE:
1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Arrange oranges and cloves on ham.

Bake at 325 degrees 40 minutes.

Combine the glaze ingredients.

During the last 20 minutes, brush with mixture of honey, brown sugar, cranberry juice cocktail, mustard and nutmeg.
