Misc.This is one of the better recipies I've seen for this classic sausage....every Hungarian family has their own way of preparing it.
One correction though...don't ruin the whole thing by using shortening! The only fat that should find its way into this is natural, rendered pork lard. Using vegetable shortening would rob the resulting sausage of a lot of flavor and would certainly not be very authentic.
