Recipe: Irish Sandwich Filling (chopped corned beef and cabbage)

This recipe comes from the cookbook, That Amazing Ingredient: Mayonaise!

IRISH SANDWICH FILLING

2 cups finely chopped cooked corned beef (about 8 ounces)
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish

In small bowl stir together all ingredients. Cover; chill.

Makes 2 cups
