Recipe: Italian Cheese Stuffing (for baked tomatoes or fish, using cooked rice) (1957)

Side Dishes - Stuffings, Dressings
ITALIAN CHEESE STUFFING

1 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Few sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 cup finely diced mozzarella
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Mix all ingredients together.

Use as stuffing for baked tomatoes. Also good in fish.

Makes about 1 1/4 cups
