Recipe(tried): Italian Sausage, Peppers and Potatoes Skillet

Misc.

If the sausage is cooked, slice it into 1/4 inch pieces (otherwise steam it to cook it first). Saute until browned and remove from pan. In the meantime, cook a couple of potatoes in the microwave until they are almost tender. Cut into bite sized chunks. Slice a couple of bell peppers into bite sized pieces. Saute bell pepper in same pan as sausage was in until almost tender. Add the potatoes and sausage. Add salt, pepper, garlic to your liking. Saute everything together until the potatoes are completely tender. My hubby loves it!
