Recipe(tried): Janie's Bridesmaid Salad

Misc.

Susan,
This can be made ahead and frozen. It's almost a dessert but can be used as a salad. It's very good and easy, too. If you make the whole recipe (without dividing in half), take it out of the freezer 2 hours ahead for easier serving. It make enough for 20.

NOTES : Very, Very Good!!!! Easy. Take out of freezer 2 hours ahead.
Recipe from Ellen Moore--St. Brendan's Catholic Woman's Club, Colebrook, New Hampshire.
"Janie may call this easy-to-prepare dish a salad, but we say it it sweet enough to be served as a dessert. The yellow of the pineapple and the red of the strawberries make a pretty presentation."
