Recipe: Jello popsicles

Fruit Yogurt Popsicles
2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons cold water
2 bananas
2 cups fresh strawberries
1-1/2 cups unsweetened orange juice
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
popsicle sticks

Soak gelatin in cold water for 3 minutes. Whirl all ingredients except yogurt in blender until smooth. Remove from blender and stir in yogurt. Pour into 3-1/2 ounce plastic or paper cups. Insert sticks and freeze.

Yield: 9; per serving: 71 calories, 15 g. carbohydrates, 2 g. protein, trace of fat, 19 mg. sodium. Exchanges: 1 fruit or 1 starch/bread.
