Recipe(tried): Juicer - Tomato Juice and Lemon Juice
BeveragesADVERTISEMENT
I was recently given a bag of lemons. I juiced them with my Juiceman and froze the lemon juice in ice cube trays. I now have the cubes stored in a ziplock freezer bag and are they ever HANDY! One cube is about 2 tbls.. I also dehydrated the peels. They rehydrate very nicely and are very convenient when you need lemon peel for a recipe.
One of our favorite drinks is the juice of: 1 tomato, 2 carrots, 1 stalk of celery, and add some pepper. You can mix and match veges to suit your taste.
