Thanks for taking the time to answer. I have heard several people using
Glucosimine and read that it was only beneficial for osteoarthritis, but I think
I read where it helps Rhumatoid arthritis as well. Think I will give it a try.
I used to take Aloe vera - then stopped for some reason. Anyway, I appreciate
all your tips - they are very helpful. Barbara
