Recipe(tried): Kid's Favorite Macaroni & Cheese

This one also comes from a Campbell's Soup Label -- probably in the late 60's. It has a slightly different twist and is now being served to a second generation in our family.

1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. prepared mustard (any type will do, Dijon is very good)
dask pepper
3 c. cooked macaroni
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. canned french fried onions

In 1 1/2 quart casserole blend soup, milk, mustard and pepper until smooth. Stir in macaroni, 1 1/2 c. cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with onions and remaining cheese; bake 10 minutes more.
