Good Afternoon Everyone!
Well, now is the time for all good cooks to come to the rescue and see what we can do with leftovers. One has to get mighty creative to be able to feed the family without them getting bored of turkey.
Here's one good recipe that will keep 'em coming back for more.

Layered Turkey Pot Pie
2 T. olive oil
3 c. turkey meat, cut into chunks
1 c. chopped onions
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 t. crumbled rosemary
1 t. thyme
1 T. parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
1 t. paprika
Heat oil in large skillet and saute the onions and garlic til golden. Toss in the cooked turkey meat and all seasonings and mix well to coat evry bit of meat. Take off heat and pour everything into a large mixing bowl.
Grease a 9x13 baking pan and set aside.
mix the turkey mixture with:
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. lefotover peas
1/2 c. leftover corn kernels
Stir well and pour into prepared casserole dish. If you have any leftover stuffing, take about 2 cups and layer it over.
Stir together the following:
2 c. Bisquick
8 oz. buttermilk
8 oz. sour cream
Pour over the stuffing and turkey and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Serve with a side of cranberry jelly and a nice small salad.
