Recipe: Liver hash

Main Dishes - Assorted
LIVER HASH

1 lb. beef roast
1 lb. liver (beef)
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. pepper (black)
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sage
2 c. day old biscuits, chopped
in bite size

Pork may be used instead of beef.
Boil beef and liver in saucepan for 30 minutes. Cut
meat in bite size pieces. Add diced potatoes, onions, parsley,
black pepper, salt and sage. Boil for 40 minutes. Add day old
biscuits; let set for 30 minutes. If mixture is too thick, add
a little more water.
