Recipe(tried): London Broil Marinade

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
This is a recipe my Mom used when I was growing up. It makes my mouth water to type it!

LONDON BROIL TENDERIZER
From Mom

2 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon Mary Jane's Krazy Mixed-up Salt or Seasoned Salt

Mix cheese, oils, and vinegar together. Add salt. Use to marinate 3 lbs. of London Broil, Ribeye or Filet overnight in refrigerator.

Remove meat from marinade, discarding remaining marinade.

Broil or grill meat to desired doneness.
