I personally have not made those, however my sister-in-law fixes them all the time. She fries/sautes (they do not take long at all-just browning them off) them in a skillet with a little onion and serves them on hoagie rolls and you just add your favorite condiments. Having not fixed them I can't say for sure, but it sounds reasonable to take that one step further and maybe fry (saute) some green peppers along with it and once on the hoagie roll add a little cheese whiz or velveeta for a Philly Cheese Steak. Or here's another thought, maybe add a little BBQ sauce to the pan after browning and turn it into a BBQ steak sandwich. Hope it helps.
