Hi Leslie,
I've seen the recipe you've listed, but with the instructions to use the dough cycle and then bake in a 9x5 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (I would let the dough rise a bit in the 9x5 pan before baking).
I'm including another recipe below with the same ingredients but with amounts for two sizes and half the amount of yeast in the 1 1/2 lb. version (looks like your recipe is a variation on this or vice versa). Maybe one of them will work - sounds good so I'll have to give it a try too!

Yield: 1 loaf
1 1/2 POUND LOAF
1 1/2 ts Yeast
5 tb Sugar
3 c Bread flour
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Dry milk
2 tb Instant mashed potato flakes
1/4 ts Lemon extract
1/4 ts Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
4 tb Butter
3/4 c Water, warm
1 POUND LOAF
1 ts Yeast
3 tb Sugar
2 c Bread flour
1/2 ts Salt
4 ts Dry milk
4 ts Instant mashed potato flakes
1/4 ts Lemon extract
1/4 ts Vanilla extract
1 Egg
2 1/2 tb Butter
4 oz Water, warm
Place in machine as directed; light setting.
