Recipe: Macaroni and Cheese (Boston Market)

Main Dishes - Pasta, Sauces
MACARONI AND CHEESE (LIKE BOSTON MARKET)

3 cup spiral shaped pasta
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
2/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp ground. turmeric
salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta; drain well.

While pasta is cooking, put remaining ingredients in top of double boiler over simmering water. Stir with wire whisk until smooth.

Stir cooked and drained pasta into cheese sauce; serve.

Servings: 4
