Okay, tried the recipe, and it was great. But . . . . I checked it halfway thru the baking time, and noted that the crust was quite brown. I thought 450 seemed pretty high, but thought well, several people had tried the recipe, and raved about it, so 450 must be right. I DID turn the oven down to 350, for about the last 10 minutes. Has ANYONE baked this bread for 20-25 minutes at 450 degreees? I'm thinking I'll do it at 400 next time. The crust was quite brown, but still very good! Thanks.
