General Bread Baking Tips
Misc.For you and anyone new to baking bread that rises. I have problems with getting the dough to rise and finally have a bread book with tips. Make sure all of the bread ingredients are at room temperature. Dissolve the yeast in warm water that is about 80 - 95 degrees. Any hotter and it will kill the yeast. Any colder and it won't allow it to begin feeding.
