MACAROON COOKIES
5 cups quick oats, uncooked
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 dash salt
2 eggs, beaten
Mix oats, brown sugar and oil together well and soak overnight.
In morning, add vanilla, salt and eggs. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F, for 10 minutes.
