POTATO PANCAKES
6 medium-sized potatoes
2 tbsp flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp grated onion
4 tbsp oil for frying
Wash, peel and grate potatoes. Add flour, eggs, salt, melted butter, milk and onion. Mix well.
Heat 4 tbsp oil in a heavy frying pan. Drop by tablespoons of potato mixture. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve warm.
