Recipe: Make ahead quiche - pre-baking

Breakfast and Brunch
Hi Michelle,

Here is a tip that Denise shared:

MAKE AHEAD QUICHE

When I make my quiches, I underbake them by about 20 minutes. To clarify, I bake them until they have solidified and the eggs can't be raw anymore, but not the full length of time. Then I reheat at 350 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes. If the guests still haven't arrived, cover top with aluminum foil or just turn off the oven.
