Recipe(tried): Make Ahead Turkey Tips

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry

There's a new gravy out (maybe Franco-American like Judy said above...not sure). It's called Slow Roast and comes in Turkey flavor with chunks of real meat. I used several jars of that at Thanksgiving and got tons of compliments! And, the "added extra" of the bits of meat really makes it look homemade.

I've made my Turkey the day before in the past and what I've done is save the drippings and pour some over right before I microwave and also right after to give the turkey a good, moist, "just-made" flavor and consistency. Leave the turkey soaking in some of the drippings the night before too.
