Recipe: Mamaw's Southern Tea Cakes

MAMAW'S SOUTHERN TEA CAKES

1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Crisco oil
1 stick butter
2 1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix ingredients until moist. Roll out and cut. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Don't over cook.
