Recipe: Forgotten Cookies

FORGOTTEN COOKIES

Turn oven on to 375 before you make cookies

2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
6 oz. choc. chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Beat egg whites to soft peaks, Gradually add 1 teaspoon of sugar at a time and keep beating until stiff. Fold in choc. chips and nuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, 1 teaspoon at a time. Put in oven and CUT oven OFF. Do not open door but take out when oven is cold.
