MANGO POPSICLES
2 cups mango (about 3 small mangoes)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup plain yogurt
Peel, seed and chop mango into small chunks. Put half the mango into blender with sugar. Whirl for one minute or until blended.
In a medium bowl, mix the remaining fruit with the puree and refrigerate for one hour.
Mix fruit with yogurt and divide contents into popsicle molds. Freeze according to instructions or until hard.
Makes 10 servings
